The
World of Warcraft Gnome is well know for it's clever inventions and they amazing engineering feets. Gnomes are probably the most peculiar race in the World of Warcraft. They live together with the Dwarves in Dun Morogh where they have built a strange techno-city called Gnomeregan. The Gnomes provide the Dwarfs with visionary designs for weapons and vehicles.
The WoW Gnomes fought for the Alliance during the Second War. However, during the recent invasion of the Burning Legion, they could not come to the aid of the Alliance because an ancient, barbaric menace was invading their own city of Gnomeregan. The Gnomes fought bravely, but their city was destroyed and half of their population lost. Those who remained fled to the Dwarven city of Ironforge for safety. Now they aid the Alliance, and are developing new strategies and weapons to retake their lost home city.
